Fulfillment Policy for Career Coaching Services
At Lisa Virtue Coaching, our mission is to support & empower individuals through professional career coaching. To ensure transparency and build trust with our clients, we’ve outlined our fulfillment policy below. This policy adheres to industry standards and ensures a seamless experience for everyone engaging with our services.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Refund requests for coaching packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the services have not been fully utilized. In the event a refund is offered, a cancelation fee will be applied to cover the costs of online credit card processing fees and administrative overhead.

Delivery of Services
Our career coaching services are delivered virtually through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, or via phone. In-person sessions are available only at pre-arranged locations, if applicable and available.
Session Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times between the client and the coach via the coach’s calendar portal, provided upon purchase.
Session Duration: Each session typically lasts 55 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
Session Materials: If applicable, digital resources such as worksheets or follow-up summaries will be emailed to clients within 48 business hours of the session.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, so we maintain a clear cancellation policy:
By enrolling in Lisa’s career coaching program, you are securing an exclusive spot within her limited client capacity for a set number of weeks of support, as well as the deliverables and strategy outlined in your agreement.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
To cancel a subscription for ongoing coaching services, simply notify us in writing or on a recorded session that our "work is complete for now" and your recurring fees will be canceled.
